The shading and cross hatching skills are incredible! 
But I think it looks more like Tom Cavanagh than Zachari Levi. I think it's something about the lips, mostly, but also Zach has a very distinct nose and his eyebrows are a bit bigger. I'm working on a picture of him now, which is why I'm noticing all the stupid little things.
